Our words have power! The power to build up or tear down. Kind words build us up and hurtful words tear us down. Every time we speak we have a choice, to build up or tear down.

The youth are the future! If they learn how to use their words in a positive way today, it paves the way for a better tomorrow. In this 40-minute assembly, the students will be empowered to use their words in ways that build up their self-esteem and the world around them.

With a mixture of frankness, light-hearted stories, and examples, through visual media, Jennifer shares a motivational message from her own story and personal experience with the power of words. Encouraging words have been an empowering force in her life that enables her to overcome her limitations.
